This is one of the GREATEST times to earn an incentive. By focusing on sales, sponsoring, and promotions, you will be building a blooming business all while working toward a free trip!

It is crucial to Sponsor if you have the desire to earn this trip. Now is the time to come up with a list of ten people you think would do well with Scentsy Family and invite them to join your team. For each new certified recruit you will earn a minimum of 3,500 points. If you have 2 certify in one month you will earn 5,000 per consultant, and if you have 3 certify in one month you get an AMAZING 6,000 points per consultant. I personally think one of the BEST places to find recruits is at a home party, and what is so great about these qualifications is that they are not geared toward sales! Major points, so book lots of home parties!

As you work on growing your business by sponsoring and doing parties, your next level would be rStar Consultant, but I truthfully think you can go for SuperStar. It is important for you as a LC to make a list of those in your frontline, their team size, and their title. If you think they have potential to recruit and to promote write down a prediction for their promotion next to their name, then spend some time encouraging them to shoot for that goal. When I look at your downline I would shoot for something like this (but you know them better so you know what is more realistic.

As sponsoring is important so are the sales, after all this is a home party business. The best way to meet new customers,  prospective hosts, and potential recruits is to do it at home parties!  If you focus on having one home party a month and two basket parties a month you can easily hit a minimum of 750 in sales. Shoot for a 400 dollar home party and two 150 dollar basket parties or more! Over a 6 month period this will place you at 750 points per month totaling 4,500. Change out two of those months for 1,500 in sales and add 5,000 points, totaling 8,000 points.
You have a lot of leeway with sales, so make sure advantage is best as you can. These extra points can really help you out in the end!

 

Ultimately your goal is to close out the season with promoting to Star (or SUPERSTAR). This means you have to have 3 personal recruits that are active (or more) with collective group sales of 3,333 . This is so manageable in the fall! If you are willing to stretch yourself and find new recruits and teach THEM to recruit!

Sales = 4,500- 8,000
Sponsoring= 10,500- 18,000
Lead= 4,500
Star= 2,000 +2,000 for your own promotion
SuperStar  for your promotion 3,000
Total 26,500 – 37,500
If anyone of your frontline promote you will also get points for them . There are so many options when earning this trip. The key is to start TODAY! If you want more points, the quickest way is to add more frontline. Teach your frontline to earn this trip and get them excited and THEY will promote YOU!

Any frontline that earns (if you earn Director) you will get 1,000 points per person
